The ADADC801 is a complete 12-bit successive-approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that includes an internal clock, reference, and comparator.
Its hybrid IC design uses MSI digital and linear monolithic chips in conjunction with a 12-bit monolithic digital-to-analog converter (DAC) to provide modular performance and versatility with IC size, price, and reliability.
