Description
The ADCMP361 is a single low power, low voltage comparator with a 400mV reference in the 5-lead SOT-23 package. Operating within a supply range of 1.7V to 5.5V, the device only draw 6.5µA typical, making it ideal for low voltage system monitoring and portable applications.
