The ADG1414 is a monolithic complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) device containing eight independently selectable switches designed on an industrial CMOS (iCMOS®) process.

iCMOS is a modular manufacturing process combining high voltage CMOS and bipolar technologies.
