General Description

Each sensor in the ADIS16360/ADIS16365 combines industry-leading iMEMS® technology with signal conditioning that optimizes dynamic performance.

The factory calibration characterizes each sensor for sensitivity, bias, alignment, and linear acceleration (gyro bias).
