GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADL7078 is a 1 GHz to 20 GHz low noise amplifier (LNA) with 32 d Bm RF input power survivability. AC-coupling capacitors and bias inductors are integrated, facilitating a pact printed circuit board (PCB) footprint.
The ADL7078 has a gain of 13 d B, an output power for 1 d B pression (OP1d B) of 16.5 d Bm, a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 28 d Bm, and a noise figure of 4.4 d B from 2
