HMC-C074 Overview
The HMC-C074 is a single stage power amplifier that operates between 10 MHz and 6 GHz. The amplifier provides 13 dB of gain, 40 dBm output IP3, and 29 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain pression while only consuming 450 mA from a 15 V supply. The ±0.75 dB gain flatness is excellent from 10 MHz to 6 GHz, making the HMC-C074 ideal for EW, ECM, radar, and test equipment applications.
