HMC310MS8GE
Overview
The HMC310MS8G & HMC310MS8GE are multifunction RFICs that incorporates a power amplifier (PA) and low noise amplifier (LNA) with a transmit/ receive switch. These RFICs offer 15 dB gain and +5 dBm P1dB in the transmit mode and 13 dB of gain with an overall noise.
