The LT®6654BX is a 2.5V precision voltage reference that is rated for operation up to 175°C junction temperature. The LT6654BX operates from voltages up to 36V and is fully specified from 40°C to 175°C. A buffered output ensures both sourcing and sinking output current, with low output impedance and precise load regulation.
