The AIC 1680 is an accurate, ultra-low power consumption voltage detector IC, fabricated with advanced CMOS process.
The AIC1680 consists of a parator, a voltage reference unit, a resi stor divider, two output drivers, circuit.
The consumption current is so low that it can often be ignored when pared to the self-discharge current.
