The superior characteristics of the AIC1727 include zero base current loss, low dropout voltage and accurate output voltage. Typical ground current remains approximately 4 µA, from no load to maximum loading conditions. The AIC1727 es in the popular 3-pin SOT23, SOT-89, TO-92 packages. 4% Accuracy Output Voltage.
