  • Operating Input Voltage From 4.5V to 30V 3.3V, 5V, 12V and Adjustable Output Version Adjustable Version Output Voltage Range, 1.2V to 30V ± 4% max Over Line and Load Regulation Available in TO-263-5, TO-220-5 and TO-220B Package Requires Only 4 External Components 150KHz Fixed Constant Frequency Low Power Standby Mode, IQ Typically 80µA TTL Shutdown Capability Current Limit and Thermal Shutdown Protection 3A Guaranteed Output Load Current.
