AIC2823 Description
The AIC2823 is a monolithic synchronous stepdown converter. The device can provide 3A output current from a 4.75V to 23V input supply. The AIC2823’s current mode architecture and external pensation allow the transient response to be optimized over a wide range of loads and capacitors.
