General Description

AMS 5915 pressure sensors are a series of highprecision OEM sensors with a digital I²C-interface.

They combine a micromachined, high quality piezoresistive measuring cell with a modern, digital signal conditioning mixed-signal CMOSASIC on a ceramic substrate.

  • Calibrated and temperature compensated pressure sensor with digital output (I²C).
  • Differential / relative, bidirectional differential and absolute (barometric) versions.
  • Digital output for pressure and temperature via I²C interface.
