General Description

AMS 6915 is a series of high-precision OEM pressure sensors with a digital I²C-interface in a pact DIL package for assembly on printed circuit boards (PCBs).

The series is especially suitable for low and medium differential pressure measurements in applications, which require a consequent miniaturization.

The sensors in the AMS 6915 series bine a micromachined, high quality piezoresistive measuring cell with a modern, mixed-signal conditioning ASIC on a ceramic substrate.
