High Accuracy Voltage Detection The AH8814 is a protection IC which includes high- Over-Voltage Protection accuracy voltage detector and current detector to o VOVP: 3.6V~4.35V (50mV/step) provide Over-Voltage (OV), Under-Voltage (UV), o Accuracy: ±25mV Over-Current (OC), Short-Circuit (SC), Over- o Hysteresis voltage: 0V or 0.1V to Temperature (OT), Under-Temperature (UT) 0.3V in 50mV/step protection for 3-series or 4-series Li-ion/polymer Under-Voltage Protection battery pack used in power-tools, notebook PC o VUVP: 2.0V~3.0V (100mV/step) applications etc.
o Accuracy: ±80mV o Hysteresis voltage: 0V to 1V in The AH8814 provides a specific CTRL pin to 100mV/step control both charge and discharge FET.
