ADC3214 Overview
Description
The ADC3214 is a 14-bit, 1 MHz A/D converter with a built-in sampleand-hold amplifier. It was designed for use in applications requiring high speed and high resolution front ends, such as ATE, medical imaging, radar, communications, and analytical instrumentation.
