ADX111 Overview
The ADX111 device is precision, low-power, 16-bit, I2C-patible, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) offered with MSOP-10 and QFN-10 packages. The ADX111 device incorporates a low-drift voltage reference and an oscillator. It also incorporates a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a digital parator.
