APL5332 CMOS LDO with Source-Sink & Output Selection Functions Features • • • www.DataSheet4U.com General Description The APL5332 is a precise CMOS LDO with source sink and output selection functions. The APL5332 offers 2% output accuracy. The APL5332 integrates with two power mosfets to source and sink current as well as current and thermal limit into a single chip. The output voltage can be 1.225V or 1.45V by BS pin selection, and also can be adjusted by an external resistor divider connected to FB pin. The APL5332 also works with low-ESR output capacitors, reducing the amount of board space necessary for power applications. The APL5332 key features include current-limit, thermal shutdown, and fast transient response.
