• Wide Input Voltage Range: 4.5V to 25V The APL5155E is a low ground current linear regulator, • Ultra Low Ground Current: 10µA which operates with input voltage from 4.5V to 25V and • High Output Accuracy: ±2.5% delivers output current up to 150mA.
Typical dropout volt- • Excellent Load/Line Transient age is only 750mV at 150mA loading.
This combination • Low Dropout Voltage: 750mV @ 150mA of the high voltage and the low ground current makes the APL5155E ideal for USB and portable devices, using 2• Fixed Output Voltages for 5V/3.3V or Adjustable cell or 3-cell Li-Ion battery inputs.
