White LED Step-up Converter Features General Description l Matched LED Current with Overvoltage Protection l Drives up to 4 LEDs in series l Up to 85% Efficiency l Over 80mA Output Current Capacity l Low 400mV Feedback Reference, l Internal Current Limit 400mA l Under Voltage Lock Out Circuits l 0.1μA Low Shutdown Supply Current l SOT-23-6 Packages l RoHS Compliant and 100% Lead (Pb)-Free and Green (Halogen Free with Commercial Standard) Applications The AP8807 is step-up DC/DC converter that drives white LED with a constant current. The device can driver up to 4 series white LEDs from a single-cell Li-Ion battery. Series connection of the LEDs provides constant LED current that results in uniform brightness.
