ACPL-W456
Description
The ACPL-P456 and ACPL-W456 contain a GaAsP LED optically coupled to an integrated high gain photo detector. Minimized propagation delay difference between devices make these optocouplers excellent solutions for improving inverter efficiency through reduced switching dead time.
