The ACNV3130 contains an AlGaAs LED, which is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. This optocoupler is ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. DESCRIPTION
The voltage and high peak output current supplied by this optocoupler can be used to drive a discrete power stage make it ideally suited for direct driving IGBT with ratings up to 1700V/100A. For IGBTs with higher ratings, this optocoupler can be used to drive a discrete power stage which drives the IGBT gate. The ACNV3130 has the highest insulation voltage of VIORM= 2262 Vpeak in the IEC/ EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5.
