The ACNW3410 contains an LED, which is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. This optocoupler is ideally suited for driving IGBTs and power MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. The ACNW3410 has the highest insulation voltage of VIORM= 1414 Vpeak in the IEC/ EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5.
