The ASSR-12X X S eries c onsists of an AlG aAs infrar ed light-emitting diode (LED) input stage optically coupled to a high-v oltage output det ector circuit. The det ector consists of a high-speed phot ovoltaic diode arra y and driver circuitry to switch on/off t wo discrete high v oltage MOSFETs. DESCRIPTION
The r elay turns off (c ontact opens) with an input v oltage of 0.8V or less. The single channel c onfigurations, ASSR-1218 and ASSR-1219, are equivalent to 1 Form A Elec tromechanical Rela ys (EMR), and the dual channel c onfiguration, ASSR-1228, is equivalent t o 2 F orm A EMR. They ar e available in 4-pin SO, 6-pin DIP, 8-pin DIP and Gull Wing Surface M ount f or DIP pack ages. ASSR-1219 enables AC/DC and DC- only output c onnections. F or DC- only connection, the output curr ent, Io , incr eases t o 0.4A and the on-resistance, R(ON) reduces to 2.5.FEATURES
