General Description
Avago’s 2.5 Amp Gate Drive Optocoupler with Integrated Desaturation (VCE) Detection and Fault Status Feedback makes IGBTVCE fault protection compact, affordable, and easy-to-implement while satisfying worldwide safety and regulatory requirements.
