DESCRIPTION
Avago Technologies’s MGA-30489 is especially ideal for 50: wireless infrastructure application such as Cellular/PCS/W-CDMA/WLLand and new generation wireless technologies systems in the 250MHz to 3GHz frequency range applications. With high IP3 and low noise figure and wideband operation, the MGA-30489 may be utilized as a driver amplifier in the transmit chain and as a second stage LNA in the receive chain.
