SCN6400G Description
The SCN6400G is a 64-mon dot-matrix STN LCD driver. It is designed to be paired with the SCN0080G_A or the SCN0080G_B 80-segment driver.

- LCD driver voltage range (LCD bias voltage, VDD-VEE): 8 ~ 20 volts
- Data transfer clock: 6.0 MHz, when VDD= 5 volts
- Operating temperature range: -20 to +85 °C
