● Power-down mode (Display OFF) for reducing power consumption.

● 4-bit parallel data bus for interfacing with a controller.
● Can be cascaded to expand segment number.
● Operating voltage range (for control logic): 2.7 ~ 5.5 volts.
● Operating voltage range (for high-voltage LCD bias, VDD-VEE): 12 ~ 32 volts.
● Data transfer clock: 6.0 MHz, when VDD= 5 volts.
● Operating temperature range: -20 to +75 °C.
● Storage temperature range: -40 to +125 °C.
