DESCRIPTION AVED Memory Products AVEF30F080U04SJ08-XX is a 5.0V flash memory SIMM, posed of four CMOS 8Mbit wide uniform sector devices, each organized as 1M X 8bits, mounted on a substrate along with decoupling capacitors. The module is an 80-pin, JEDEC standard SIMM, organized into 1 bank of 1M X 32 bits, mechanically patible to many mercial sockets for any memory application.
