BL24C128F Description
The BL24C128F provides 131,072 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), organized as 16,384 words of 8 bits each. The device is optimized for use in many industrial and mercial applications where lowpower and low-voltage operation are essential. In addition, the BL24C128F is available in 1.7V (1.7V to 5.5V) version.
