BL25CM2A Overview
⚫ The BL25CM2A devices are Electrically Erasable ⚫ The BL25CM2A offers an additional page, named Programmable Memory (EEPROM) organized as the Identification Page (256 bytes). The 262144 x 8 bits, accessed through the SPI bus. Identification Page can be used to store sensitive ⚫ The BL25CM2A can operate with a supply range application parameters which can be (later) from 2.8V to 5.5V.
