The BL9195  Wide Operating Voltage Range:2V to 6V  Wide Output Voltage Range:1.2V to 5V performance is optimized for battery-powered, systems to deliver ultra low noise and low  Low Temperature Coefficient quiescent current. Regulator ground current  Current Limiting Protection increases only slightly in dropout, further  Thermal Shutdown Protection prolonging the battery life.
