BOOKLY MICRO BM9165 Ultra Low Dropout 2A CMOS LDO General Description Features The BM9165 series are high performance linear voltage regulators that provide ultra low-dropout voltage, high output z 300mV Dropout @ 2A (1.2V output) z <300µA Low Ground Pin Current current in lowest output voltage. It operates from an input of 1.4V to 5.5V and provides output current up to 2A z Excellent Line and Load Regulation z 0.1µA Quiescent Current in Shutdown Mode thus is suitable to drive digital circuits requiring low voltage z Guaranteed >2A Output Current at high currents. z Fixed Output Voltages: 1.05V, 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V The BM9165 has superior regulation over variations in line and load. Also it provides fast respond to step changes in z Adjustable Output Voltage from 0.6V to 4.
