BP2516F Description
BP2516F is Non-isolated CCCV driver IC. The device operates in discontinued conduction mode and is suitable for 85Vac~265Vac universal input offline LED lighting. The BP2516F integrates a 500V power MOSFET with constant current & constant voltage control engine.
