BPA8504D Description
Features The BPA8504D is a high-performance switcher integrated Integrated 700V power MOSFET circuits with low standby consumption. The BPA8504D can be easily configured as buck, buck-boost, or flyback topologies for universal AC inputs. The BPA8504D integrates a 700V power MOSFET, a high- l voltage current source for self-biasing, a current sensing circuit, and an advanced controller.
