GENERAL DESCRIPTION
At shutdown mode, the input supply current is less than 1µA. The BCT1813 integrates current limit ，output Short protection and thermal protection. The BCT1813 is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 package, which provides a compact solution with minimal external components.FEATURES
