BDA4730 Overview
The BDA4730 is a broadband, Highly accurate 50Ω digital step attenuator model which provides adjustable attenuation from 0 to 31.75 dB in 0.25 dB steps. The control interface supports a 7-bit serial interface with 3-bit addressable function and latched parallel interface. The BDA4730 has an optional function of using a negative voltage through VSS_EXT pin for improved spurious performance.
