BeRex’s BG13D is a high performance InGaP/ GaAs HBT MMIC amplifier, internally matched to 50 Ohms and uses a patented temperature pensation circuit to provide stable current over the operating temperature range without the need for external ponents.
The BG13D is designed for high linearity gain block applications that require excellent high gain amplification .
It is packaged in a RoHS2-pliant with SOT-89 surface mount package.
