Product Description
Be Rex’s BG15A is a high performance In Ga P/ Ga As HBT MMIC amplifier, internally matched to 50 Ohms and uses a patented temperature pensation circuit to provide stable current over the operating temperature range without the need for external ponents. The BG15A is designed for high linearity gain block applications that require excellent gain flatness. It is packaged in a Ro HS2-pliant with SOT-89 surface mount package.
