RF IN 3 RF OUT 6 GND 1,2,4,5 Product Description BeRex’s BGS1 is a high SiGe HBT MMIC amplifier, internally matched to 50 Ohms without the need for external ponents. Designed to run directly from a 3.2V supply. The BGS1 is designed for high linearity 3.2V gain block applications.
