BeRex’s BGS4 is a high performance InGaP/ GaAs HBT MMIC amplifier, internally matched to 50 Ohms and requires no external matching components.

The BGS4 is designed for high linearity gain block applications.

This cam be operated at Vc of 3.3V and 4.0V.
Internally matched to 50 ohms.
