It is designed for use where low noise and high linearity are required and features low noise and high OIP3 at Frequency range of 1.5~4.0GHz. It can be used in fast shutdown switching speed for TD-LTE application. All devices are 100% RF/DC tested and classified as HBM ESD Class 1C.
