BNT01 Description
Typical Performance1 BeRex’s BNT01 is a wideband high linearity LNA gain block, based on GaAs material with E-pHEMT process and packaged in a RoHS-pliant with SOT-89 Surface mount package. It is designed for use where low noise and high linearity are required.
