General Description
BIT3713 integrated circuit provides the essential PWM Features for DC/DC conversion purpose in a low cost 16-pin package. Another built-in low frequency PWM generator provides user more flexible applications. BIT3713 provides latched off protection feature to make the system more reliable. CMOS process makes BIT3713 consume less power pared to conventional bipolar products.
