DESCRIPTION
Brightking's LTS08A06L02 transient voltage suppressor is designed to protect ponents which are connected to high speed data and telemunication lines from voltage surges caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) , electrical fast transients (EFT) , and lightning. TVS diodes are ideal for ues as board level protection of sensitive semiconductor ponents. The LTS08A06L02 bines a TVS diode with a rectifier bridge to provide transient protection in both mon and differential mode with a single device.
