ACPL-M61M is an optocoupler that combines a light emitting diode and an integrated high gain photo detector to address a low power supply need. It supports 2.5V/3.3V supply voltage with guaranteed AC and DC operational parameters at full industrial temperature range –40°C to +125°C.
