ASSR-1530 Overview
Description
The ASSR-15XX Series is specifically designed for high current applications, commonly found in the industrial applications. The ASSR-15XX Series consists of an AlGaAs infrared light-emitting diode (LED) input stage optically coupled to a high-voltage output detector circuit.

- Low on-resistance: 0.12Ω typical for DC-only, 0.35Ω typical for AC/DC
- High speed switching: 0.25 ms (Ton), 0.02 ms (Toff) typical
- High transient immunity: >1 kV/μs
