ADS1000 - 12-Bit ANALOG-TO-DIGITAL CONVERTER

Download the ADS1000 datasheet PDF. This datasheet also covers the ADS1000-Burr variant, as both devices belong to the same 12-bit analog-to-digital converter family and are provided as variant models within a single manufacturer datasheet.

General Description

The ADS1000 is an I2C-compatible serial interface Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converter with differential inputs and 12 bits of resolution in a tiny SOT23-6 package.

Conversions are performed ratiometrically, using the power supply as the reference voltage.
