The multiplexers are available in plastic DIP and plastic SOIC packages. Temperature range is –40°C to +85°C. FUNCTIONAL DIAGRAMS DESCRIPTION The MPC508A is an 8-channel single-ended analog multiplexer and the MPC509A is a 4-channel differential multiplexer.
