The OPA404 is a high performance monolithic Difet ®(dielectrically-isolated FET) quad operational amplifier. It offers an unusual bination of verylow bias current together with wide bandwidth and fast slew rate. Noise, bias current, voltage offset, drift, and speed are superior to BIFET® amplifiers.
